Self Esteem Through Sports

OVERVIEW
Our High-Level Sports licensed coaches provide an environment where soccer players of all ages boys, and girls come together to develop their “First Touch.”
Will Our High-Level Sports training conflict with my Club team?
No. Our sole priority is the growth and development of the individual player supplemental to club practice so sessions can work with your club schedule, not against it.
Why do most of the training packages require a 6-12 month commitment?
Soccer is a sport that requires constant repetition, and we believe this MUST be done year round.
What types of improvements can I expect to see?
You will see improvement in foot work, juggling, confidence, field awareness, work ethic, vision, fitness, endurance, overcoming challenges, self-motivation, and PASSION for the game.
How can I track my progress?
Players will have an evaluation that consists of juggling, passing and dribbling. There will be 3 levels: beginers, intermediate, and advance. Players will be evaluated and placed at one of the levels, and will wear a different wrist color band based on the level they are, and will also receive a certificate .
Why is juggling and repetition so important?
Juggling is important for four reasons: balance, concentration, footwork, and touches. Spending 20 minutes a day on juggling, players will build confidence as their skills improve.
How is the Mentorship Program different from the other training programs?
The Mentorship Program is a year-round program, requiring the highest level of commitment and passion for the game. The Mentee Program is designed for self-motivated players aspiring to compete at the highest level possible. Menteen players get to train 6 days per week year round.
